Determinants of Entrepreneurial Intention in Gender Perspective: Evidence from Indonesia

This study aims to investigate entrepreneurial intention and its determinants in a gender perspective of professional pharmacists within the Greater Jakarta Indonesia by referring theory planned behavior (TPB). Research on field ‘pharmapreneurship’ with as research subjects is still not widely revealed. uses quantitative approach cross-sectional survey model. The population this all registered Indonesian Pharmacists Association (IAI) area Indonesia. Based Slovin formula (error 5%) obtained sample number 391 pharmacists, proportional random sampling. Independent t-test was conducted mean differences EI between male female pharmacists. results showed that difference (EI), attitude (EA) self-efficacy (ESE) are significantly rejected except for education (EE). paper provides evidence equality settings need be considered design delivery EE if they have desired impact intention. findings interest business, academia policy makers.
